Take a walk back in time and discover some of Gippsland’s oldest residents, dating back to the 1820s. Learn about the district’s pioneers buried at Alberton Cemetery, which is a rare example of a cemetery sited on the banks of a river. It is home to around 1,300 residents. Tours begin at 214 Yarram-Port Road, Alberton, Victoria (offstreet parking available). The cost is $10 per person, or $30 for a family of four (2 Adults / 2 Children under 16).
